Recycling Day

African Hair Braiding
This site is slowly evolving into something we can clearly define — we aren’t there yet — but part of what we intended to do, from the beginning, was document the city of Stamford. We find it an interesting place. Like many northeastern cities, Stamford is in a funky period of social and economic transition. It’s also no secret that the cost of living is through the roof. So why do we, why does anybody, live here? I guess that’s the question. Taking pictures offers an opportunity for us to explore and to present our findings. Perhaps piecing the artifacts will help us discover why we call Stamford home.
