If you remember the cop's name, you should report him to the Stamford PD's internal affairs unit. What was he doing at Summer & North anyway? It's a good three blocks away from the nearest Dunkin' Donuts. All in all, consider yourself lucky. He could have whipped out his cell phone and shown you a picture of his penis, as Stamford cops are prone to do these days (see, e.g., Fri Apr 15 2011 edition of The Advocate).
